OSTA-AECO Operations Coordinator Charles Chen organized a virtual Working Group Transitional Conference on September 16th, 2021 to help Working Group Co-Chairs adapt to their new positions. Throughout this conference, chairs were able to bond through professional development activities and learned from presentations such as Vision and Overview, Advice from past Co-Chairs, Finance and Accountability, and Professional Etiquette and Communication. Working with members of the Executive Council, chairs prepared for the year with a goal setting and action planning workshop. Working group co-chairs are now prepared to bring on working group members during the Fall General Meeting and have big plans for their term.
