Our board of directors
Our board of directors is comprised entirely of former student trustees who volunteer on a part-time basis to provide leadership, direction, and support for the organization.
Meeting agendas and minutes
The board of directors meets once per month, generally on the third Monday of each month.
Board committees
Committees of the board exist to provide directors with updates on specific areas of concern. The board has six standing committees: the audit committee, the finance and risk committee, the governance committee, the human resources committee, the alumni, mentorship & outreach committee, and the operations committee.
